Central Heating Services Ltd. was established in 1986 to carry out installation, servicing and repair of gas appliances, heating systems and associated equipment.
The company has grown from being a small, competent company in the domestic heating trade, to becoming an exceptional leader in its field. The service centre, stores facility, shop and training centre are located in Farnborough, Hampshire from which all of the field operations are co-ordinated and managed.

As a company Central Heating Services employ over 70 permanent staff and a number of sub-contractors, all experts in their field, with some engineers having up to 30 years experience in the sector.

In 2007 a dedicated training facility was built next to the management offices. Central Heating Services have since been acknowledged with awards in recognition of the outstanding training and facilities that engineers have access to. In addition to this, there is a shop where heating materials and equipment are available for purchase by the trade and the general public (depending on the item in question).
The company delivers services to its various customers by complying with ISO 9001:2000 and gas safety routines (all operatives hold the relevant 'Gas Safe Engineers' certificates in Gas Competence). Improved information is now being delivered to both landlords and private customers efficiently; this has been a result of the introduction of PDA Handheld Computing Devices.
Communications between mobile engineers and headquarters enable quick responses at all times and the company operate a 24 hours, 365 days a year service. The IT infrastructure allows the company to track all jobs from start to finish and to provide comprehensive management reports. This system is unique, in that it means that engineers are able to input relevant information, directly from the site, thus automatically updating the records for each property after any visit.
Committed To Reducing Environmental Impact
Central Heating Services have successfully implemented an environmental system that satisfies ISO (The International Organisation for Standardisation) 14001 and its certification. Approval was gained for this in January 2008.
